Broccoli Cavatelli

Although any pasta would work (egg noodles shown in the photo), 

I love the girth and softness of the cavatellis.  

1/2 c olive oil

1/2 c butter

2-3 cloves of garlic, minced. Sauté briefly in oil and butter

Bag of frozen cavatelli noodles, cooked until tender.

Head of broccoli trimmed to small florets and cooked until just tender

salt, pepper and crushed red pepper to taste

Italian cheese blend (parmesan, provolone, asiago, Romano)

Blend all while the pasta is hot and enjoy!
