Horseradish sauce is so fantastic with steak or roasts and stews. And it's very easy to make.

I usually use a half pint jar but you can double this if you'd like.


White Vinegar 2-3 Tbsp

Salt 1/2 tsp

Sugar 1/2 tsp

I peel and grate enough radish to fill most of the jar. I use a micro grater to get the finest texture.  Then I mix in the other ingredients.

Try it on a roast beef sandwich mixed with mayo or sour cream.  It's perfect. AND, it's a superfood.
